As a prospective client there are a few things you can pull together to speed up the time it takes to process your loan.
Copy of your drivers license or passport (picture identification) and social security card.
Most recent 2 years of your personal 1040 Income Tax Returns (federal only) and all W-2 Forms, signed and dated.
Gross monthly income from your employer and current consecutive paycheck stubs for a month of work.
If you are self-employed, a current financial statement, year to date profit and loss statement, balance sheet and company tax returns (if applicable) for the past 2 years, signed and dated.
Names & account numbers of all creditors with open balances, including any and all revolving charge accounts or payment installment accounts.
Copies of your 3 most recent bank statements.
Copies of any of your most recent quarterly retirement account statements (401K, IRA, Mutual Funds)
Addresses of places you have lived at for the past two years. If renting, name, address, and phone numbers of previous landlords for the past two years.
A check to cover the cost of a complete credit report. (Usually $33. Talk to your loan officer for an exact cost.)
If refinancing your current home, bring in your complete loan information including name, address and account number. We will also need the name of your homeowners insurance company and contact person.
If you are working with a realtor and have selected a home, we will need a signed purchase agreement, a complete description of the home, the sellers disclosure and a lead based paint disclosure (if applicable).
